Happilac Liquid Grout G-200
Happilac liquid Grout G-200 is a general-purpose non-shrinking two-component cementitious grout with enhanced working life. It is a polymer-modified reinforced two-component grout that has been formulated as a durable, high-performance, and water-resistant tile grout. It has been specifically engineered to be highly fluid, non-bleed, non-shrinking with high workability, and resistive against cracks or shrinkage.
Happilac Hi-Grout G-200 is comprised of carefully selected colored aggregate and a specially formulated cementitious chemical binder which enables to achieve high compressive strength in a short time. When these two components are mixed, a uniform paste is formed which adheres very strongly to the substrate and has an effective penetration in void spaces.
High workability and excellent application properties
Allow at least 24 hours between fixing tiles and grouting. Prior to application, the surface must be cleaned from any dust, wax, oil or grease, etc which can reduce the properties of the product. Mix both components i.e. the powder part and the liquid part in a container and stir continuously until a uniform paste is formed. Make sure that no lumps are formed during mixing.
When the paste is ready, start applying into the void spaces between tile joints with a scraper or squeegee. Remove surplus grout with a wet cloth and don’t let the extra grout be dried onto the surface. It can be used up to 3-4 mm void space between tiles.
