SEALING SLURRY- 2K is a two-component formulated powder containing special cements, selected aggregates, specific additives and special liquid polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene (VAE) to ensure, substrate adhesion, flexibility, water resistance and elasticity.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be sound and seasoned, remove any dust or contaminated material, oil, paint, grease, and corrosion etc.
Seal in advance if any cracks in the substrate by using the SEA STAR CRACK FILLER.
Wet the surface slightly with the water.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour liquid component (Part A) in a clean container slowly adding the powder component (Part B).
Mix with an electric mixer at low speed until the mixture becomes smooth and free of lumps.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Apply the solution on pre-wet surface with the use of brush/roller / notched trowel to a depth of 1-2mm.
Leave the first coat to dry for few hours (depending on weather conditions).
Apply the second /third coats similar to the first coat to achieve the required thickness.
Once the final coat is applied, let the surface become dry completely.
Protect the coated surface from direct sunlight & cover it with damp sheets for 2-3 days, afterwards remove the sheets to enjoy the waterproof surface.
